Terms and Conditions :

• Vouchers can only be used in sea freight small package (West Malaysia).
• Four vouchers will be credited into your account each month, starting from 15/11 for six months.
Vouchers are only valid for shipping orders with minimum of 5 parcels and maximum 10 of parcels.
• Vouchers are only applicable in 10 KG shipping fee deduction, excluding additional service fees.
• Vouchers are only valid for one recipient address as submitted during application, the other recipient addresses will be invalid.

• Question: How much is this package?
• Answer: This is a one-time charge package at RM399 for half a year.


• Question: Are the vouchers can only be used 4 times a month?
• Answer: Yes, 4 vouchers per month will be credited to members account at 12.00am, 15th of every month.


• Question: Can the vouchers be used in the following month if I can't finish it in the particular month?
• Answer: No, all vouchers will be expiring in one month, and new vouchers will be credited in the next month.
