We have introduced a "Re-experience Voucher" with a highest value of RM 45, members just have to drop us the improvement suggestions in our suggestion box below in order to redeem this voucher!

To show our determination in improving, members can apply for a full shipping fee refund if they are still not satisfied with our services during the retrial.

These vouchers are categorized into air freight vouchers with a maximum discount of MYR 15 and sea freight voucher with a maximum discount of MYR 30. There are 1,000 vouchers available for redemption.

The re-experience voucher is valid from April 5th to May 5th for a period of one month.

Vouchers Q&A

  • (Q) Terms of use of vouchers?
  • (A) The members redeem the voucher before submitting a shipping order. Air freight only supports West Malaysia air shipment with 5 kg and above. There are no weight restrictions on sea freight, and it only supports West Malaysia's Economic Sea Freight channels.

  • (Q) When is the voucher’s effective date?
  • (A) The effective date for the vouchers is from 5th April to 5th May. Redeem vouchers before you submit your shipping order in order to apply the discount.

  • (Q) How many vouchers are available for redemption?
  • (A) A total number of 1000 vouchers awaiting for members to redeem. Each member is limited to one time voucher usage.

  • (Q) What is the amount of discount?
  • (A) The discount amount will be randomly generated, air freight maximum up to RM 15 while sea freight maximum up to RM 30.

  • (Q) Who can use vouchers?
  • (A) Members must have used our service before 5th March 2021, and there is no shipping order since then to use our re-experience voucher. This voucher is not applicable for members who continuously use our services recently.

  • (Q) How long is the promised delivery efficiency of the shipping order?
  • (A) The standard delivery efficiency for air freight to West Malaysia is 3-5 working days, while for sea freight to West Malaysia is 10-15 days. If it is a remote area or suburb, not a major city, the time limit may be extended by an additional 3-5 days.

  • (Q) Under what circumstances are shipping refunds?
  • (A) If the shipping order is only received on the 6th working day after the standard delivery duration mentioned above, you can apply for a shipping fee refund..

  • (Q) If I am still not satisfied with the forwarding service, how can I apply for a freight refund?
  • (A) Within 24 hours after receiving the shipping order, members can click on the after-sales complaint of the shipping order, and apply for a refund of the voucher amount for the re-experienced shipping order. If it exceeds 24 hours after the receipt, it will not be accepted.
