All users please pay attention to our latest announcement:

1. Establish China Backup Warehouse
   At present, our storage efficiency is 100%, but the storage capacity of the warehouse is insufficient. We are forced to add a temporary standby warehouse to store the packages to ensure that all packages can be stored safely. The spare warehouse is only a temporary storage function,and all packages in the standby warehouse will be quickly sent to our main warehouse for packaging, which is expected to result in a delay of 3-5 days.


2. Launched Kuala Lumpur Transit Warehouse
   If the packages in the shipment has stored in both main warehouse and the standby warehouse, the package of the standby warehouse cannot be packaged for the time being, so the package of the main warehouse will be packaged first according to the shipment. Then transit shipment is formed, indicating that some parcels are sent back to the transit warehouse in Malaysia first in order increasing the space of the main warehouse in China. After all the transit shipment arrived in Malaysia, we will send it to user very soon.


3. Air Freight “temporary” increase fuel cost 6%
   Due to the huge increase in the volume of double 11, all flight company increase prices. Air Freight Shipment ready from 20/11 will be temporarily charged 6% fuel fee. This adjustment is temporary. Once the airline reduces the price, we will adjust it immediately.


4. Avoid changing channels after the shipment is submitted
   Since some parts of the shipment have been transferred to Malaysia, we are unable to temporarily change the channel. Users are advised to use air freight if they are urgent. If it is not urgent, it is recommended to sea freight.

• Add up to 30,000 storage spaces in advance
