THIS GOAL IS ACHIEVABLE THROUGH OUR TEAMS COMMITMENT FROM ALL LEVELS BY ADOPTING THE CULTURE OF OPERATING AN EFFECTIVE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM THAT MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF ISO 9001:2015 AND CONTINOUSLY IMPROVE THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN OUR DAILY ACTIVITIES.
1. Revisions and Update of User Agreements
Agreements can be amended any time by us through posting an updated version. Updated Agreements shall carried out and effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our service, user agree the updated terms.
We reserve the right to review and update all agreements, terms and promotion any time, with or without prior notice, depends on our decision.
2. Personal Data (Incorporation of Privacy Policy)
According to Privacy Policy of our site, user agree that we may and can collect, hold and use user’s personal data solely to our own purpose without transfer or publish to third parties.
We are responsible to protect and safeguard user’s data as our first prior to maintain the service of our site.
3. Content of Service
We provide international parcel consolidating, storing and shipping service.
4. Payments
We support the following payment methods:
User can make payment directly at our office and no charges required.
User can make payments through ATM Machine or Online Bank Transfer to our bank accounts. To verify the payment, user requires to upload payment slip and provide payment information to our top up panel. Verification of the payment will be processed every one hour of working period and no charges required.
FPX payment is a payment gateway that allow user process transaction through online banking account to our bank account immediately. It is governed by PayNet and supported most of the banks in Malaysia. User enjoys instant verification of the payment, transaction will instantly be updated to user’s balance in our site.
Credit Card payment allow user to use Visa and Master Credit Card to process transaction to us with instant verification updated to user’s balance. It is governed by PayNet and supported Visa and Master type Credit Card.
WeChat Pay allow user to use WeChat to process transaction to us with instant verification updated to user’s balance. It is governed by WeChat Malaysia.
Boost E-Wallet allow user to use Boost to process transaction to us with instant verification updated to user’s balance. It is governed by Boost Malaysia.
5. Prepay Balance
When user top up or make payment, the amount of top up will be reflected to user’s prepay balance. All transactions will be adjusted from user’s prepay balance and recorded accordingly for user to review. We reserved the right to adjust user’s prepay balance when we found the top up information given by user is incorrect.
User allows to withdraw the remaining prepay balance by providing us a local bank account number for transfer the prepay balance. We reserved the right not to proceed the withdrawal request if we found that the user transaction is suspicious or unusual.
If user have found late payment activities after parcel has been successfully dispatched, user require to make immediate payment within one month duration. We will charge for extra 10% penalty cost from the payment by each month for continue late payment monthly until the payment has been cleared.
6. Promotion
We may held promotions, subject to additional terms and conditions, which is stated on the promotion announcement page. In order to benefit from the promotion, user has to follow the term and condition stated.
If user found any misuse or violated on the promotion’s benefit, we reserve the right to discontinue the promotion from the user. We reserve the right to update the term and condition of the promotion and discontinue or extend the promotion period with or without prior notice.
7. Coupon Code, Coin
The following terms shall apply to the use of coupon code and points in our website. We reserve the right to discontinue the use of coupon code at any time with or without prior notice. Coupon collection date must be before the submission of the shipment before the coupon can be used, previous outdated shipment cannot be used.
Coupon Code offer a discount on the total charges of shipping fee. Coupon code is bounded with terms and conditions or only can be used for one time usage per user.
Coin is accumulated through spending on our website by payout of order. For example, user can get 1 Coin by spending each RM 1. User will be able to use the point to pay order fee and minimum point to pay is 100 Coins for RM 1 and maximum 500 Coins per shipment. It will deducted on the total charges of the shipping order. Coin is not transferable and tradable to other user account. For more information about coin, please check at this link.
Coin and Coupon can only be used either one in single shipment and cannot be reversed after applied.
8. Storage
We provide storage service for user to store goods in our warehouse. Our warehouse provide standard precautions such as 24 hrs camera surveillance, fire protection measurements and anti-pest measurements to ensure your parcel is secure.
9. Membership & Benefits(Pending)
We reserve the right to introduce, update or terminate existing or new membership and benefit at any time, with or without prior notice. Please refer to this link for full details of membership and benefits.
10. Errors, Inaccuracies
We reserve the right to make changes, update and remove any typographical error and inaccuracies of information in our website. In the event we provide weight and size information of goods to user, inaccuracies might happened due to technical error.
11. Review Feedback
We appreciate every feedback and comments from our user and it remain as our property. We reserve the right to publish, remove or store any feedback in our sole discretion.
12. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspense or terminate user access to our site in the event of we found suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be taken by user.
