Member Referral Programme

We finally launched this member referral programme to express our gratefulness to our customers for their long term promotion.

The users are able to get maximum 7% of the total shipping fees as commission by requiring them to share our services to the new users only.

It is not a one-time commission, but the users are able to get commission rebates from each purchase of their referral.

The users are allowed to withdraw their commission to their bank account.

We hope that all users could share their user’s experiences to others through this referral programme.

Select “Personal Profile”, then select “Share”
The users are able to select the navigation pin at the above and click on “Share” in “Personal Profile”

Copy the link of “Invite Friends”
Access to “Share” webpage, the users are able to copy the link of “Invite Friends”, invite your friends to join this programme and get the commission!

Level

Members need to spend every month and maintain the number of friend to get point and commission.

Level Monthly Spends Friends
Beginner MYR 50 above 1 to 10
Expert MYR 100 above 11 to 20
Master MYR 200 above 21 to 50

Commission

On the first day of every month, system will review all paid and delivered shipment of your recommended friend to calculate monthly comission and point bonus.

Beginner 1 x 2% Air 4% Sea
Expert 1.2 x 4% Air 6% Sea
Master 1.4 x 5% Air 7% Sea

Note: Calculate the point and comission based on the shipping fee of your friend's shipment

Calculation Example

Point: Your friend's shipment X Point Bonus

Commission: Your friend's shipment X Commission Bonus

Example:

Current level is Beginner, shipping fee of your friend is MYR 98.00

Point: MYR 98.00 X 1 = 98 Point

Commission: MYR 98.00 X 4% = MYR 3.92


Terms and Conditions

  • Members must reach the requirements of the corresponding level every month in order to receive the referral reward.
  • Members must reach the amount of minimum spend of the corresponding level in a month in order to apply for commission redemption.
  • Shipping order that uses coupons and coins is valid for Referral reward, but cancelled shipments is invalid under this programme.
  • System will review the shipment of the member's referrals on the first day of every month, whether their shipping order is paid and delivered.
  • Only paid and delivered shipment will be considered qualified for commission redemption.
