Notice of Intended Police Report for Unresolved Parcel Issue

Your company has failed to resolve my parcel issue since 26 June, despite my repeated follow-ups. I have received multiple explanations, but no proper resolution or satisfactory outcome. I hereby give WePost until 31 October 2026 to resolve this matter and provide me with a clear, written update on my parcel’s whereabouts and the action being taken. If this matter remains unresolved by the deadline, I will proceed with lodging a police report and submitting formal complaints to the relevant authorities regarding the prolonged delay and handling of my parcel. I reserve the right to pursue further action to protect my interests. Please treat this as a final notice. I expect a concrete resolution, not another explanation or empty promise.
