Flight delivery delayed by 65 days!! Still no parcel :(

Hello, does anyone have the same problem? I paid so much for the flight delivery but the parcel ended up in random inspection 😭 I had been 65+ days (not included all weekends) no parcel no news no update.... I wanted a refunded , but they also wont give me. They are also not solving my problem and always give me generic customer service reply :( How or what can I do? Can I file a official complaint?
