Disappointed and dissatisfied (太失望了)

My parcel had fragile sticker, but at the end I still received my parcel in damaged. I tried to call and message customer service, no one reply me. Not even see the message from WhatsApp. I don't understand, then why gives the phone number. This is the second time that I used this company for the courier service. This time is really really disappointed. Why can give your customer in this kind of service. 我的包裹有脆弱的贴纸，但最后我仍然收到我的包裹损坏。 我试着打电话给客服发信息，没有人回复我。 甚至没有看到 WhatsApp 的消息。 我不明白，那为什么要给电话号码。 这是我第二次使用这家公司进行快递服务。 这次真的很失望。为什么可以给你的客户提供这种服务。
