Dear members, we are preparing ample storage for the Double 11 Festival so that our members can shop as many as you can!
Therefore, we recommend all members to submit shipping orders for the parcels which are currently in our China warehouse before 7th November 2019.
Parcel arrived before 1st November will be transferred to Malaysia Warehouse if no shipping order. In this case, members will be unable to combine shipping orders for parcels from Malaysia Warehouse and China Warehouse.
The packaging process in Malaysia warehouse will only starts from 20th November.
Our sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused. We hope that all members can submit their shipping order before 7th November 2019 to shorten that shipping duration for this peak season.
