In September, we received a lots of enquiries from many customers regarding whether would we adjust the sea freight pricing due to SST.
The answer is NO, due to SST implementation, our cost for custom clearance has increased, and yet under our expectation. Hence, we planned to absorb all the increased cost to benefit our customers.
The only reason why we not adjust our pricing is because our vision is everyone can ship with affordable price.

However, for sea shipment submitted on 16th of September, parcel fee will be charge RM 1 per parcel (West Malaysia Only), cannot be waived as free when exceeded more than 10 parcels. This charges will remain until further announcement in future.
We hope all of our member could understand and appreciate for the support given to us.
