Good news!! As air freight services supplies are still under shortage due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we have decided to launch an express sea freight channel and provide a 3 months shipping discount.

West Malaysia from RM330 / m3, and economic sea freight only from RM2.50/KG!

Express sea freight can be delivered within 15 days, including weekends. Any delay after 15 days is subject to compensation of RM1 daily.

• The price of economic sea freight has been adjusted to RM 28 for the first 3 KGs, and RM 2.5/KG for the continuous KGs.

Guaranteed Delivery:

• The guaranteed delivery duration starts calculating from the date of shipment dispatched, until the date of receival, including Sundays, excluding public holidays.
• For economy sea freight, parcels can be received within 15 days regardless of the city. If it exceeds guaranteed delivery, you can apply for compensation.
• Guaranteed delivery for Private sea freight in major urban areas is 15 days. For remote areas such as Pahang, Terengganu, Perak, Kelantan, the guaranteed delivery will be extended by 3 days.
• Any shipment delivery that exceeds guaranteed duration is subject to compensation. The compensation policy will only be in coupon method, any request in direct discount of shipping fees or cash refund is not accepted.
• Compensation coupons can be used in the air freight shipment within 1 month, any usage after expiry date is not accepted.
