  • （A）Members must receive the voucher before submitting the waybill, and then click to use the voucher after the item is packed. The voucher is not valid for the waybill which is used or submitted outside the specified time.

  • （Q）Does the voucher have a restricted receiver area and weight?
  • （A）Voucher is not restricted to receiver area and weight. The voucher can only be used once for one waybill.

  • （Q）How many vouchers are released?
  • （A）A total of 2022 vouchers are released, and each user can only use it once.

  • （Q）How much can the voucher be discounted?
  • （A） The voucher discount is a random amount up to MYR 22

  • （Q）Can the voucher be returned or exchanged?
  • （A）Once the voucher is used, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
