[Important] China Warehouse Relocation Notice

Dear valued members,

Our China Warehouse will be undergoing relocation procedures to a new warehouse facility starting from 3rd September (Thursday) to 5th September (Saturday).

All members are requested to change the receiving address immediately to (广东省 广州市 白云区 白云湖街道 夏花二路961号228仓 (WP ID) 导航:全民代运).

The new warehouse facility is five times bigger than the previous warehouse, which could store up to 150,000 parcels! This is to overcome our gradually growing amount of parcels processed and to prepare for the upcoming Double 11 TaoBao Shopping Festival.

Delays are expected for all shipping orders placed during this period, specifically 1 to 2 days in shipping order processing duration. Members are encouraged to place their shipping order earlier to avoid being affected.

Our staff will standby at the previous warehouse during 5th September to 13 September to assist in receiving and transferring the parcels to the new warehouse .
