(Q) Terms of use of vouchers?
(A) The members redeem the voucher before submitting a shipping order. Air freight only supports West Malaysia air shipment with 5 kg and above. There are no weight restrictions on sea freight, and it only supports West Malaysia's Economic Sea Freight channels.

(Q) When is the voucher’s effective date?
(A) The effective date for the vouchers is from 10th May to 20th May. Redeem vouchers before you submit your shipping order in order to apply the discount.

(Q) How many vouchers are available for redemption?
(A) A total number of 1000 vouchers awaiting for members to redeem. Each member is limited to one time voucher usage.

(Q) What is the amount of discount?
(A) The discount amount will be randomly generated, air freight maximum up to RM 15 while sea freight maximum up to RM 36.
