Customer Service and the Malaysia Delivery Team have fully resumed operations today (23 February); the Guangzhou Warehouse will officially resume work on 24 February.
For shipments that arrived at the delivery stations before the Chinese New Year, we will arrange delivery progressively, and it is expected to be completed within 3–8 working days.
If you have any urgent requests or need to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service promptly.
During the initial resumption period, slight delays may occur. We will strive to return to our best service status as soon as possible.
