As the air freight services demand has increased recently and the airlines have increased their fuel charges by a small margin recently, our aviation fuel charges will be adjuested to 35% on those unpaid shipping orders, starting from 01 November 2020.

As the air freight services demand has increased recently and the airlines have increased their fuel charges by a small margin recently, our aviation fuel charges will be adjuested to 25% on those unpaid shipping orders, starting from 20 October 2020, 8.00pm.

As the air freight service restrictions have been loosened and the airlines have reduced their fuel charges by a small margin recently, our aviation fuel charges will be reduced to 20% on those unpaid shipping orders, starting from 23 July 2020. As the air freight service restrictions have been loosened and the airlines have reduced their fuel charges by a small margin recently, our aviation fuel charges will be reduced to 25% on those unpaid shipping orders, starting from 22 Jun 2020. Due to shortage of flights， airlines company has increased the pricing. Hence, we will absord the increased price until 17/3. Shipment that has not been paid before 17/3, it will be added 50% on air freight of Aviation fuel fee charge for temporarily, which is expected to be adjusted in end of April. It is recommended that users can use sea freight to reduce shipping costs. Our company will speed up shipping efficiency of sea freight and reduce shipping prices.

Shipment that has not been paid before 8/3, it will be added 30% on air freight of Aviation fuel fee charge for temporarily, which is expected to be adjusted in mid of March. It is recommended that users can use sea freight to reduce shipping costs. Our company will speed up shipping efficiency of sea freight and reduce shipping prices.

Due to shortage of flights， airlines company has increased the pricing. Hence, we will absord the increased price until 28/2. Shipment that has not been paid before 28/2, it will be added 30% on normal air freight and 20% on sensitive air freight of Aviation fuel fee charge for temporarily, which is expected to be adjusted in mid of March. Air freight will not be slowed by the increase of price, but can ensure the same delivery duration. It is recommended that users can use sea freight to reduce shipping costs. Our company will speed up shipping efficiency of sea freight and reduce shipping prices.

Due to shortage of flights， airlines company has increased the pricing. Hence, we will absord the increased price until 27/2. Shipment that has not been paid before 28/2, it will be added 15% Aviation fuel fee charge for temporarily, which is expected to be adjusted in mid of March.
Latest Update - 18 Feb 2020
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak in Wuhan, China, there is currently a shortage of flights and the airlines have not lowered their charges. Therefore, we will maintain a 6% Aviation fuel fee charge for temporarily, which is expected to be adjusted in end of February.
Dear members, thank you for your support in using our air freight services recently.
As the Double 11 Festival is coming soon, we’ve made a tough decision to make some adjustments on the Air Freight services, which is to collect a small amount of 6% of Aviation fuel fee.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and this adjustment is estimated to be cancelled after the Double 11 peak season.
The adjusted fee will be effective from 15th November 2019, members are encouraged to submit their shipping order earlier to avoid being affected.
