  • Q: How do I qualify for the Lucky Wheel spin?
  • A: During the campaign period, every successfully paid Air or Sea shipment (any destination) with a minimum spending of RM50 will earn one Lucky Wheel spin. No limit on the number of spins.

  • Q: What prizes are available in the Lucky Wheel?
  • A: Each spin guarantees a coupon worth between RM3 and RM10. If you land on RM20, RM30, RM100, RM300, or RM1000, you’ll receive the equivalent total value in RM10 coupons.

  • Q: When is the Lucky Wheel campaign period?
  • A: The campaign runs from 11 November 2025 (00:00 AM) to 31 December 2026 (11:59 PM) Malaysia Time. Coupons are valid for 365 days (one year) from the date of issuance.

  • Q: Are there any restrictions on using the coupons?
  • A: Coupons can be used for Sea shipments of any weight and to any destination.

  • Q: Can I transfer or gift the coupons to another user?
  • A: Yes. Coupons earned from this campaign can be gifted once to another user, but cannot be transferred again afterward.

  • Q: Can I refund or exchange the coupons?
  • A: No. Each shipment can only use one coupon. Once redeemed, the coupon cannot be cancelled, refunded, or reinstated. Coupons are not exchangeable for cash.
